My apologies for the delay in getting this to you. I have been searching for a lunch program to include with the Naval Park/Buffalo Tour. As that program for 9/16 stands now it would be a 6 - 7 hour tour aboard a deluxe coach with a step-on guide. The group would visit the Buffalo and Erie County Naval and Military Park, enjoy a tour of Buffalo featuring the city's history and architecture, and visit the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural site at the Wilcox mansion. At this time lunch would be on own in the Elmwood Village district offering several dining options. That tour including naval Park and Wilcox Mansion admissions, guide services, and transportation is priced at $43 per person. I will continue to look for a meal option to include and still keep the price in the $55 0 59 per person range.
The tour of Niagara Falls USA ( 9 am - 4 pm) would also be conducted aboard a deluxe motorcoach with step-on guide services. The group will experience a memorable cruise aboard the Maid of the Mist including admission to the Prospect Point Observation Tower and tour the area including Goat Island, Terrapin Point, Whirlpool State Park, and more. A buffet lunch will be served at the NYS Power Vista followed by a brief tour of the facility. Then the group will have time to try their luck at the Seneca Niagara Casino before heading back to their hotel. This tour including Maid of the Mist admission, buffet lunch including taxes and meal gratuity, guide services, and transportation is priced at $59 per person.
I will contract coaches with wheelchair lifts capable of handling two chairs at a time. If that configuration is utilized we will have capacity for 43 passengers. With one chair that count increases to 47 passengers. Capacity without need for chair tie-downs is 51 passengers.
We will offer one complimentary package with a minimum of 35 paid passengers. Driver and guide gratuities are not included.
Please let me know if you have any questions or problems with the above. Thanks for your consideration and again, apologies for the delay.
